You can get it on our Tracking portal, or by clicking on the button "Track and Manage my order" below. You'll just have to provide the email used to make that order and your order reference ✨

Or you can access your order tracking through an order tracking number that was sent in your order confirmation email. The reference can also be found in the customer area on the website if you are a registered customer.

How can I get the status of my order? 

All orders are shipped from our warehouse which is located in Cape Town, South Africa. Our order cut-off time is 14:30 (business days only). Orders placed after this time may only be processed the next day.

Estimated order delivery times are as follows:
Cape Town: 1-2 Days
Main Centres (larger cities/metros): 2-3 Days
Regional Areas (smaller cities and towns): 3-5 Days
Remote and outlying areas: 5-7 Days
Please note: these are estimated times and are guidelines only. Factors such as holidays, time your order is placed and seasonal peaks may affect these estimates. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we, and our delivery partners, do our best to deliver within these target time frames. Unforeseen circumstances may cause delays with your order.

You will receive email and SMS order tracking updates for your order:
Shipped - Your order has left our warehouse
Out for delivery - Your order will be delivered that day
Delivered - You order has been delivered and name of person signing for the order
Note: SMS updates sent only if you shared a valid mobile phone number during checkout.

How long will it take to deliver my order?

Sorry about that!

You can sign up for a 'back in stock' alert on the product page of the product you want to buy.
As soon as the product comes back into stock, you will receive an email letting you know the product is available to order again.

We also recommend you sign up to our email list (on the website at the bottom of the page) and follow us on social media to get updated on restocks (links at the bottom of the page).

The product I want to buy is out of stock

Please allow up to 14 business days from the collection date of your return for us to credit your account or refund your money. 

This period is to allow for: shipping time, potential shipping delays, warehouse receiving processes, careful evaluation of returned items, approval processes for returned items, refund processing, payment processor or bank delays in transferring funds back to you.

We can only refund the payment method of the person who originally placed and paid for the order.

We may need to contact you in some cases for extra information before being able to refund your money.

In some cases we may not be able to refund to the original payment method in which case we will require your banking details so an EFT payment can be made.
For EFT refunds, we will require proof of your bank account details (top part of your statement or bank letter confirming your bank details). We will request further information should this be the case. This is the policy of our payment providers in order to comply with legislation.

How long will my refund take?
