Can I track my order online?Updated a year ago

When your product is dispatched from our warehouse, we will e-mail and SMS you with a tracking reference.

You may use this reference to track your order online on the website using the "Track my order" link in the site menu. SMS updates are sent only if you shared a valid mobile phone number during checkout.

If you do not receive an e-mail and/or SMS with this reference, please contact our customer service department who will assist you in tracking your order. 

You may need to check your Spam, Junk or Promotions folder if you did not receive any order confirmation or tracking emails.

Alternatively, you may track your order online at any time using your email address and order reference
